Charlotte Region

Our Charlotte Region includes Cabarrus, Catawba, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Stanly, and Union County in North Carolina and Chester, Chesterfield, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lancaster, and York County in South Carolina.

Cleveland Region

Our Cleveland Region includes Burke, Caldwell, Cleveland, McDowell, Polk, and Rutherford County in North Carolina.

Through working with HPCCR, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals from birth through youth in our Kids Path program and with our adult population as a case manager.
