"Now What?" Workshop - Cooking & Meal Planning

In the midst of dealing with a loss, we often find ourselves having to learn a new task or taking on a few new "jobs." Perhaps it was your spouse who took care of the bills or your parent who supplied the delicious cooking. Sometimes, we are left wondering "now what am I supposed to do?" This new workshop series is focused on practical answers to our new questions. Where do I take my car when it needs to be serviced? How do I cook and grocery shop for one less person? What do I need to do about my taxes? How do I find ways to be active, both physically and socially? Each month, we will be hosting a workshop targeting some common areas where folks have found themselves left not always knowing what to do.
